A central administrative collaboration environment between the Estonian Health Insurance Fund and its partners, starting with healthcare providers of all kinds. Spetsy joined as a subcontract partner on this state procurement.
Solution
Today, communication between Tervisekassa and its partners is fragmented: information is exchanged through different people, channels and Excel spreadsheets, with no clear and complete overview of partner data. Partners include all sorts of healthcare providers, from hospitals and clinics to dental offices and other health centres.
The Partner Portal becomes the central administrative collaboration environment for Tervisekassa and its partners. Initially we focus on these healthcare service providers, creating a secure and user-friendly contact point through which all important communication and data-exchange processes take place. Spetsy has been involved as a subcontract partner in developing this solution under a state procurement.
Tervisekassa staff have a dedicated admin interface in the Partner Portal that provides a complete and fast overview of partner data. This improves how work processes run and enables faster support for partners.
The Partner Portal supports Tervisekassa’s long-term goal of making healthcare system administration more efficient, transparent and data-driven, while offering an environment that is user-friendly and designed around partners’ needs.
